The following information is usually required during the loan process

Pay stubs for the last 30 days (consecutive and current) – borrower and co-borrower. If you are a business owner, we may be able to qualify you on bank statements only. No tax returns.

Copies of your W-2’s and/or 1099 statements for this year and previous year.

Copies of past year and current year tax returns.

Bank Statements (all checking and saving accounts) for the last 2 months – all pages

Financial assets: Copies of 401K, IRA, mutual fund and/or brokerage statements – all pages

Copy of your driver’s license and social security card – borrower and co-borrower

If purchase:

Copy of executed purchase agreement-if available

Realtor’s name and contact info – if available
